Also season 5 announced but thats besides the point. I have zero concept of how quickly I will wear these clothes I am packing.

My favorite joke about this is:

I’ve never in my adult life crapped my pants. But I pack like I’m going to crap my pants multiple times a day every day.

Any adult that says they’ve never crapped their pants are lying or lying to themselves.

… I don’t know what kind of life you’re living that you’re extrapolating that, but I haven’t crapped my pants since I was a preschooler

As an adult I’ve crapped and peed my pants a few times. But mor common is rendering them unusable on vacations because food or drinks drop on them. Always carry extra everything!

The risk of multiple pairs of pants encountering a problem on the trip is low, but my ability to do something about it is much more hindered than when I’m at home, so better be ready in case it does happen.

Man, I pack like I’m going on a black ops mission. Exact number of each piece of clothing each time, all prepared to fit on carry-on. Just enough clothes that if I needed any more I’d need to find a way to do laundry anyway.

A couple times I´ve miscalculated and had to buy a t-shirt on site or something, but hey, worth it.

Also, I thought they shot the last two seasons back to back for biological reasons. What the hell took three years and change?

I used to try to pack exact. Then I went to a friend’s wedding and forgot to pack my undies. I didn’t want to spend a shitton on new fancy boxers, so I bought cheap shit. I feel so unsupported.

Well some won’t even let you carry two.

And if you’re going to check one, you may as well check all of them.

My whole motivation for not checking is so I can gtfo out of there as soon as possible. Waiting at that baggage carrousel is like adding insult to injury. But I used to fly a lot, so I developed a special system to deal with all of that shit.

This is what I hate about going on vacation. I never know how many kimonos to pack. General guideline is 3 per evening, but it seems like every trip I always end up having to rewear a garment at least once.

Have you considered local kimono rentals? They’re very affordable and you get to feel fancy in someone else’s wardrobe
