O! had I the ability, and could I reach the nation’s ear, I would, today, pour out a fiery stream of biting ridicule, blasting reproach, withering sarcasm, and stern rebuke. For it is not light that is needed, but fire; it is not the gentle shower, but thunder. We need the storm, the whirlwind, and the earthquake. The feeling of the nation must be quickened; the conscience of the nation must be roused; the propriety of the nation must be startled; the hypocrisy of the nation must be exposed; and its crimes against God and man must be proclaimed and denounced.

I was on GrapheneOS for ~6 months as my daily. I agree that for the most part it “just worked”.
However, after the 3rd time RCS messages broke on T-Mobile requiring Google Messages to be reinstalled every 36 hours, I gave up and went back to stock.
If the GrapheneOS devs implement their version of RCS, I’d gladly go back.

Hot damn
Now we just need PictoChat

Always felt this optic zoom on flashlights were gimmicky, but with it being on an LEP… That actually makes a lot of sense. Cool light

When I opened it to swap the SSD I preemptively changed the joysticks with electromagnetic ones from Gulistick. (LCD Model)
It was really quite straightforward, but I would suggest being familiar with some soldering prior (if you want the capacitive touching function). Otherwise, they have great instructions. The case is great for holding it screen down while you work.

They’ve been great, no complaints.

Very nice, picked this up a while ago on Windows and it’s been very useful

Which, this solves a lot of Windows issues even if you don’t use Linux.

Not how I expected GW2 to come up on Lemmy… But here we are hahaha

🦀 it’s here!

If you’re handy, you could try making your own! https://youtu.be/K1T1eMyPIC4
I know you said avoiding Logitech namly, but the Logitech C920 is one of the most recommended webcams because of the price, quality, and features (physical privacy cover, FoV, etc.). The other benefit of having a popular webcam (or any PC hardware) is it means better software support.
Otherwise, there is a c920 clone Aukey PC-LM1E 1080p

Oh that’s nice, I didn’t realize the plate swap had new buttons with it. I’ve been tempted to look into it more but it felt daunting - even with a decent amount of experience pulling stuff apart

Back button “enhancement set”.
Hated the stock back buttons and just never used them because they lined up exactly with the joint on my finger.
These just stick on with some 3M tape (definitely clean prior to application) and my fingers rest on the buttons now - and they’re way easier to click.
I also grabbed some thumb stick cover things, but those aren’t as “game changing”

But what does that have to do with …

8000 mAh & fast charging is a great feature. Very cool style light, I really like the textured look on it
$138 is pretty steep, but it is tempting

Me looking at your username

It absolutely blew my mind when TechnologyConnections shared the % of users who use the subscription page to get to their videos…

Looks interesting - how is the game loop since it’s a rogue-like? Tedious, or does it feel pretty rewarding?
Game informer is back‽ Exciting
Nah
