I have been volunteering feeding homeless for a number of years and I was never happier than when I was tasked with throwing away compromised food. The sadism of it mixed with the altruism, sweet Jesus.
On several occasions, it has hit me like a truck and I’ve instantly reversed my thinking. For this reason, I am open to listening genuinely to other sides, so long as they are not intolerant. But I’m a petty bitch, so I still have strong opinions until they get flipped.
Agreed LLMs for mass consumption should come with some disclaimer

Mint still going strong and painless for me after 6 months
Switched to Linux Mint at home, quit my Windows developer job, and having a great time. I’ll never go back.
The idea has been floated before that we should rotate random citizens (ok, maybe not 80 year olds) through police service, sort of like ancient Athenian democracy.
This would preserve the idea of community policing. Maybe this would be safer than mob justice but more professional than the out of control police we have now.
I got out permanently. You should too if you have the chance. Other countries don’t wrench your guts every time you see the news.
All of you idiots who haven’t started their EU paperwork. Start it tomorrow, or don’t at all.
Yes now get off social media.
If we would have taken the same line on say biology or mathematics we and the Russian people both would have been worse off.

I swear, spelling mistakes are such an indicator for a codebase and the overall quality of the software team, and maybe the whole company. No attention paid to detail leaks out into other areas.
Oh my god they made it an SPA. Oh my GOD it actually works.
Bravo McMaster.
I’ve just joined a windows shop after developing in Linux for the last 15 years.
Nothing is predictable. UI prompts change my files. I get ads for Xbox in my development environment. Build assemblies/dependency chains are inscrutable.
Windows is fucking cancer.
The jabronigrammers before me seem to have made a fine mess without the aid of an AI tool as it is…
I think my advice would be to just give them space and let them approach you in their own time
