north korea is the furthest thing from a “far-left” govt one of my IR instructors said they are basically a monarchy, even compared to russi and china which isnt even the left. they are all technically right wing authoritarian governments.
It’s so bizarre since Tankies can make some really good arguments for communism if they can step back and stop sucking the boot. They’re so deep in campism that they have to praise North Korea and modern-day Russia, they can’t fathom that there can be bad communism.
But as I usually say, they’re not communists, they’re red-fash, or rather closested authoritarianists.
