Anywhere suggesting that someone that is breastfeeding should have to sit facing a prison commode isn’t really focused on comfort. The assumption here is that if they are willing to relegate someone to such a place for breastfeeding, they don’t give a damn about comfort and it’s more likely that they want to keep the toilet free. Having a more comfortable place to sit does not imply multiple people have to use the space at once.
