    The Home Office’s failure to inform asylum applicants that AI tools are being used in their assessments is likely to be unlawful, according to a legal opinion, published today.

    Not nearly as positive.

      Soon to be added to applications: “Please check this box stating that you are aware AI will be used for the assessment. Failure to check this box will result in a denial.”

      I’d say /s but this is likely actually the case.

    The human cost of false positives and false negatives means AI should not be making these decisions or recommendations.
