People are reading into this way too hard. This seems like an ad attack which is nothing new on Facebook. As you can target by user preference using: “oh this person from your feed but now naked” to bait a click is classic personalized ad attack. Facebook ads platform needs to be abolished altogether - it’s incredibly unsafe.

Nothing of what you write absolves meta of the prime responsibility for this happening. They provided the platform where they not only let this happen but actively encourage it (and often pay for it).
