To add to this TLDR, the age gating and sensitive content filter forced onto underage users plays into Metas surveillance Capitol business model and removes a lot of the visibility and resources that LGBTQ youth might need/want because by default it considers anything that has to do with LGBTQ topics as adult and blocks them under the sensitive content filter.
