Since I started !freegames@feddit.uk I’ve not spent a penny in the Steam sales, unfortunately my backlog is now about five times as long.

These are not enforced, but they are encouraged.

No piracy, there are other communities for that.
Discussion of emulators are allowed, but no discussion on how to illegally acquire ROMs.
