i obviously do this in the summer, but i usually sleep with no blanket on (despite probably getting cold in my sleep)

    I have to. My body temperature burns bright. Really thought I would get cooler as I aged out of my 20’s but it didn’t. I run a fan when i sleep even in the winter. Sometimes I turn down my thermostat and Crack a window because my neighbors pump their heat so high.
