Can sideload any app by self-sign without jailbreak, called testflight. Only last for 90 day, then resign. Maybe need pc to flash ipa, but any pc not apple only.
Need apple account, think also need activate developer thing for testflight.
Find minecraft ipa (maybe minecraft pocket edition) on internet. Apply usual caution for executable code downloaded from internet.
