I am talking more the level of litigiousness and constantly erring on the side of mega corps. Sure we have better free speech laws but that doesn’t make up for the fact that people can and are held liable for injuries criminals incure while on their property attempting to rob or vandalise them and customers have no rights to their own property if a corp objects to it.
