Well, this is not indeed a kill list. The current husband of my ex-wife is on the list because he’s visited her relatives in Crimea. He’s antiwar, anti Putin, etc, but the list doesn’t make any sense as of today

Anti-war but clearly not anti-occupation. The proper way for someone to visit Ukraine would be to ask Ukraine first, not for a Russian to do it like it’s your own country after the annexation of Crimea.

        not anti-occupation

        pro-buerocratic. FTFY.

Edit: can’t say that for him, but I would never do that theatre. Ukraine hasn’t had any means to enforce its border policy

Arriving to it from the bridge built by Putin was illegal entry. Ukraine still had control over the northern side of Crimea, so if the person weren’t pro-annexation, how come it wasn’t done that way?

Hmmm… because you do visit your fucking relatives using the easiest way possible, avoiding possible encounters with border control? I don’t believe I’m talking with a real human right now tbh

Not how it works. Most people would respect laws and/or certain moral guidelines before they think of whether it’s easy. In a car, speeding would get you to your destination quicker too, but it’s not all about you.
