I like to clear up miscommunication, which we’ve done, and have come to an understanding that mental illness doesn’t remove someone’s personhood. I originally thought that Renz was defending mental illness, that it’s something that doesn’t diminish somebody, hence my asking. Now we know what sort of ableism we’re referring to, because it’s frankly a broad topic, since disability comes in all shapes and sizes. I don’t know why you’re so conspiratorial about it.
