What is the CypherGoat Shield Guarantee?
If you complete a transaction and the exchange doesn’t deliver your funds, we step in.
This includes cases where:
- An exchange fails to complete your transaction, or
- They hold your funds due to a KYC/verification issue and refuse to refund you. If the exchange can’t provide a legitimate reason (e.g. AML risk, legal order),
CypherGoat will reimburse you up to the insured amount shown next to the shield icon before you trade.
How to Make a Claim
We’ve kept the process simple:
- Contact us within 4 weeks of your transaction if something goes wrong. Send your Transaction ID + details to support@cyphergoat.com.
- We’ll first reach out to the exchange on your behalf.
- If the exchange doesn’t fix the issue, we’ll refund you (up to the coverage limit).
