Those things take money He has the wealth to create the necessary distribution networks. That’s the biggest hurdle. Sure some countries may not open their borders or allow the assistance in, but that’s not the majority of people in need.

It 100% is a wealth issue. You have to get the resources and build the distribution networks. Those things take money
