    I cut sugar from my diet because I’m fat and I have bad teeth. I can’t gradually wean myself off, it’s cold turkey or nothing. I had fruits when I had sugar cravings. Many apples, kiwis, bananas, pears. Anything sweet with no refined sugars to wave me over.

    I take food supplements because I’m old and perimenopausal and the suggested gummies really trigger my sweet tooth. The label states there’s artificial sweeteners in those gummies and really the only thing stopping me from buying chocolate every night after the gummies is raw willpower propped up by sheer laziness.

    I’ll finish the bottles of gummies but after that I’ll find the ingredients in pill form because these won’t make my monkey brain yodel.
