In the end I got a copy from archive.org with hardsubbed english subs

I have spent 3 hours once to find this with a reasonable resolution, bitrate and subtitles (the subs were the hard part):
Same issue with “FUTURE WAR 198X年”.
In the end I got a copy from archive.org with hardsubbed english subs
