Just to clarify, are you talking about preserving stuff that was already on the Internet, or are you talking about like paper cookbooks and other digital materials? Because for Internet materials archive.org backs up the entire web, including all the recipes.
8·1 month agoAmerica is so widely spaced out that there are some huge stretches of mostly empty highways, so the only feasible way to monitor for speeders is by helicopter watching over the massive stretches of road. Or at least that’s how it used to be, these days i bet they are increasingly just using cameras
That’s so odd, i thought usually sports car speedometers go higher than the car is actually able to achieve in order to trick people into thinking it’s actually capable of going that fast. But now that i think about it i guess that was just an assumption

I don’t know anything about cars, is it possible to switch modes at the press of a button? If so, how instantaneous is the change? Like could i have it in fast acceleration mode when I’m gonna do a difficult highway on-ramp, and then switch to fuel economy mode once I’m at cruising speed?
There are 2 different categorization systems - botanical and culinary. Both are valid systems for their topic, but ONLY for their one topic. Calling a tomato a vegetable is the correct answer for cooking, but the incorrect answer for botany, and vice versa.
Just a question for clarity here - you’re saying that a person of sound mind and can communicate should be killed against their will?
