Unless you get another external perspective on it (e.g. LW mods), it’s probably going to stay like this.

What the actual fuck is this shit? What does any of this unhinged attacking have to do with the subject at all? None of this makes any sense. You were complaining about vote manipulation, Unruffled commented saying they had banned the alts used for vote manipulation.
It’s a forum, people are going to reply when you mention them

Blocking is a normal way to avoid interacting with people you don’t want to.
Hexbear or lemmygrad users could be talking about you without you seeing it due to defederation, it’s not that different
Why not just blocking them?
Why not post on !modabuse@lemmy.sdf.org if you want to report such abuse on a place where db0 admins can’t intervene?
Other interpretation: you and db0 admins have had disagreements in the past:
Those disagreements are what alter your perception of the instance, which is why they mention them.
