Yes. It’s the only thing keeping me sane at this point
Key word is “when” because currently they are throwing blows with Iran. But to answer your question, probably never as we would need a near apocalyptic event to tumble our current power structure everywhere to allow us to hold them accountable.
Case in point
Any clothing brand that is just expensive for most individuals to buy (ie. Gucci, Michael Kors, Lui Vutton, and others). These are all made incredibly cheap and flimsy, and you are just paying for the brand. Most of the wealthy will either buy the same brand but from their exclusive collection (not available to commoners) that are actually well made and durable, or will buy other brands (ie. John Lobb, Schaeffer’s, Frette) that actually last so long that they can be passed down if wanted. Lastly, when you see someone famous or wealthy appearing on the spotlight with something you can buy at a store (mostly super expensive like a Bellenciaga) they are lended to them for the publicity alone.
I just personally prefer to dress like Adam Sandler most of the time.

Honestly, while I can still get information (of any kind) I won’t quit, just use it less. At the very least, I’ll use it to download DRM free music, movies, books, and TV shows and consume them offline locally.
Maybe, but why does he sound Australian?
They weren’t the only ones back then by a long shot.

There are weirder ones but I think these are definitely up there.
Oh I know they are still harvesting our data, but that data is not openly shared so in that sense it’s more secure (Basically I misspoke). It used to be sold like tables of information, now they only sell access to advertise to those groups (more money)… You know what, fuck that logic. I’m talking out of my ass. Phones are more expensive because greed, pure and simple.
TV’s are actually cheaper not because the tech necessarily being more available (even though it should) but instead it’s because companies are harvesting your data on smart tv’s and selling it making more profit than they would make with just selling you a TV. On a separate but somewhat related note, has anyone else noticed smart phones becoming more expensive as they become more protective of the users privacy?
There was literally an article yesterday about towns and cities canceling their events due to fears of ICE raids.
I have discovered that the meaning of life (for me) is to just exist. Whatever I do in life, I was meant to and builds on why I am here.
