I use it all the time. I can’t imagine my work or my life without it. I need it to work as a designer. I use it to brainstorm, I use image generation for everything from moodboards to helping me with final designs. I’ve started to also program, because for a lot of tasks I don’t need a developer anymore.

I use it to help me write emails, social media posts, to translate,… I use it to ask for any trivia I’m interested in during the day. I use it for music recommendations,…

I could probably go on… But my work, my job is completely different than it was a year ago.

No. Not at all. Most people don’t think about it. They go about their business and think about their job, their kids,spouses, friends, cars, … They think about their local politics, not in relation to American. Than if they do think about american politics, they say to themselves: what a bunch of clowns, then they think of something else.

I understand you are hurt and angry.

But you have to understand there are people out there from all around the world, that have no desire to observe the grotesque circus of american politics. You are in your own bubble of people that think the world has ended, but most people in the world have different worries and concerns.

Yes, that’s why I wrote that I’m here. But it’s not happening. Maybe something will change in the future, but at this moment there is nothing anyone can to do, to move these communities.

There are groups of people using it that have no contact with politics or anything out of their sphere of interest. I am in a couple of such groups.

I have the same confusion about the election. Why would anyone vote for that disgusting predating geriatric fraudster incompetent convicted fellon who tanked any business he ever got into, is beyond me. But I’m not American so I can only hypothesize.

Either people don’t care or maybe thats what they like? Either way, this hatered is fully ingrained into America and it comes out in fascism and some kind of religious death cultism. This will ripple across the world for a long time.
