Not at all serious. If I see a Nazi walking down the street, I’m more likely to ignore or avoid him rather than confront him.
If the Nazis take over and implement Project 2025, among other evil acts, then that’s a different situation.

I would have loved to see Larian take on the White Wolf IP and make a Vampire: the Masquerade game.
I chose to forgo the bodyguards as it draws too much attention. I’d rather stealth my way across the ten miles.
Less fake accounts, less political censorship, less trolls, and less bad faith argument clowns.
I think that’s just Shadowrun.
When a housing crash is imminent, it’s the self storage businesses that thrive.

Anker. Every time I buy one of their products, I’m impressed by the quality. It’s come to the point that I’m seeing knockoff brands inserting the Anker keyword into their product descriptions, hoping a search will put their product up in view.
I don’t have anything specific, but generally speaking those who idolize war have never seen the horrors of war. Speaking with veterans who have actually seen real combat is a good place to start.
Considering the fact that corporations make up about 70% +/- of all the solution and climate destruction, and the fact that politicians are bribed by said corporations to ignore the problem, there’s little we can actually do about it except voting.
but World of Warcraft is a bit intimidating for new players, just in terms of the scope and changing seasons.
Yup, can confirm. I left wow near the end of Burning Crusade and came back to it in the middle of Shadowlands. I was so confused. Plus, nobody talks anymore. Chat used to be lively, but now players seem inconvenienced and annoyed by strangers trying to start up a conversation.
I don’t recognize the game anymore and have no interest in continuing. I tried WoW classic when it came out and had a blast. Got through Northrend leveling and then left again.
Though it was used in a few games before, a Quake tournament and Half Life 1 cemented the use of WASD controls.
Just Lemmy, Facebook, and YouTube if that counts. And my time on Facebook is slowly dwindling.
Wait… there’s a dark mode?
The problem with “conservatives” is that they don’t really stand for anything. So they have to go into politics and culture war nonsense.
You’re not really going to find anything that’s conservative yet isn’t political because modern conservatism is fundamentally hollow by design.

The Realms of the Unreal. It’s a documentary about a hermit named Henry Darger who created his own little world while living alone all his life. The guy could read and write, but lacked an education on just about everything else.
I just find it neat that this entire world he created could have been easily thrown away, never to be discovered if his landlord wasn’t curious. The guy had some serious mental issues, but it’s still fascinating.
Life stability and security. If all of my bills and debts were taken care of, I would be happy. I love my job as a welder and enjoy what I do. I look forward to the new work week on Monday morning.
I would continue working as a welder, even if I didn’t have to worry about money and bills.
