This is me as well. I have a very good job security - healthcare and union. I just need to manage bills and don’t live beyond our means. I also live with universal healthcare so if I drown in debt it’s my own doing.

A copy of Junkbots, Bugbots, and Bots on Wheels book I got about 25 years ago. That’s when I started my electronics hobby. It’s hard to get back to it with the motivation/enjoyment I had before. Holding on to it, maybe the motivation will come back .

Yes this! It’s like 2 hrs of charging equals 1hr of driving. If the car is parked more than driving then it’s enough. Maybe if you’re a taxi driver or delivery driver all day then you might need the level 2 but most cases you don’t.
