Do we need AI for this? It’s already super easy to tell fake news from real.
Is it on BBC/CBC/Routers/AP? It’s probably real.
Is it on Forbes/Facebook/Xitter? It’s probably garbage.

Doctorow is a gem. Great article, thanks for posting. I basically agreed with everything he said.
I ate your bees!

They don’t care if we want it. They want the info it’ll give them. This isn’t for us, it’s for them.
I just got a Keychron Q3 HE and it’s amazing. Bit pricy, but it’ll last forever because it’s fully repairable. Even comes with all the req’d tools to disassemble. QMK/VIA, too!
Yup, that’s what we do as well. 30tb of music, TV, and movies. All available to me and my friends wherever we are.
Though true, doesn’t answer the asked question in any way. You still get to choose between shitty and fucking horrific AND shitty. So why abstain?
On point for religious nutters, though.
Great reviews, thanks! Never heard of this pack but now I’m about to go buy it!
Well that’s disheartening. Can’t believe that many people prefer a racist con man to a competent woman.
Thanks, but no thanks. :)
Tried a few times and can never get past the first few chapters.
Huh. I loved Seveneves.
Came here to say that. That show was so damn good!
On prem is, in almost all cases, cheaper than cloud. Even when you include the salaries of the folks managing it.
But MBAs will pay a LOT for outages to be someone else’s problem.
Same! I think I’ll end up getting some front-facing shine thru caps as a last resort.
Wanted to love this but it never seemed to get hard or tricky. Whole game kinda felt like a tutorial for the hard levels they never came.

Worked at IBM. Co-worker was in the datacenter, saw a bluescreened machine, and rebooted it. Much chaos ensued. Machine was part of a stability testing project, team running it was OTW to the DC to look at the machine, and we’re very confused when they arrived that it was running. “Helpful guy” was chastised, given a warning about touching machines that weren’t his responsibility.
Two weeks later. Same guy. Same machine. Same bluescreen. Guess what he did? He rebooted it. Again.
Walked to the door that day.
