I’ve visited the Gulf states (mainly UAE, Kuwait & Oman) and withdrawing large amounts is NOT cheap at all, one time I withdrawn 200 Rials (448€) which is definitely not the same as 200€, for some reason Oman lets you withdraw large amounts such as 500 Rials (1117€) like who the hell needs that much?! Kuwait is weird, as the increments are calculated in lower digits like mininum 10 KD (27€) to 500 KD (1392€) max.

Mainly, that point is about the software a modern electronic car driven by a human is reliant on can get hacked by a hacker (as in them taking full control virtually but in reality they’re controlling someone’s vehicle).
