Most of the referendum laws sponsored by voters are Constitutional Amendments that take an extra supermajority of 3/4 I think to overturn them. Others like Florida it is just statutory law and when they passed that law allowing felons to vote the lawmakers just jammed it up with other laws so only like 200 of them were registered to vote election time.

Our authorities and politicians want us to be vulnerable so they can see everything we are doing, and doing so they make us vulnerable to every other organized actor, groups working for business, foreign government, intelligence agencies, criminal groups, Etc.

That would be a popular reform to offer in 2028 if we could somehow get some candidates that did not live up the back side of the plutocracy.

Most everyone will give the authorities the benefit of the doubt, be it government or business, and assume these enforcement actions are in good faith, and if they were wrong that it was a mistake on their part not intentional misapplication of their rules for ad hoc reasons other than their stated reasons.

Reasons like government agencies sending lists of accounts to ban for reasons unrelated to why you are getting violated.

It is also a brazen violation of the Fourth Amendment of the American Constitution. Using third parties to collect data on citizens without warrants or judicial oversight is a rejection of the highest laws they barely pretend to follow.

Oh? Remind me again how many countries have even an arms embargo against Israel? Or they have any sort of penalties against them outside of completely symbolic actions done well past the time they should have been? How many of those countries is it a crime to criticize Israel in? The Democratic Leadership knew the position we were in, yet they still refused to run a popular campaign offering any real reforms or attacking anyone increasingly gouging us and ran as the status quo while the Republicans ran as reform.

We all knew the voters did not know better. The responsibility is in the establishments corner. Three presidential shit shows in a row and they are brushing off the old Hillary Clinton excuses blaming voters as if that would justify letting them stay in control of the party.

The establishment dems still think they are playing good cop to Republican bad cop in 1990, even as the Republicans are openly playing Hitler now. Without getting new popular reform minded leadership there is no way we can take the country from this aspiring one party state.
