they can function even if cellular networks are not functioning, at all or optimally.
When I worked for a cell company, our on-call technicians carried a pager that was on a different company’s network.

how do I know someone hasn’t placed a bomb inside
You learn enough about electronics to identify things that shouldn’t be in there, and then you open up and analyze your devices.
Alternatively, you could not become involved with an organization that is at war with a powerful country who has a capable spy/espionage agency.
I’ve used old laptops as battery backed up NAS boxes.
Obviously assumes that you can install a reasonably large drive and that the battery still has some life left in it.
besides the direct deaths and injuries, this attack also targeted lines of communication and trust
Exactly. The psychological impact of this attack should not be underestimated.
It will have Hamas’ leadership and operatives second guessing so many of the mundane things that they interact with on a daily basis.
unlike most terrorism it does not target civilians.
Also, unlike most of the IDF attacks.

If it’s so full of garbage, what’s the attraction? Why keep going there?
Ford stopped making the types of vehicles I want to own several years ago.
Until my current vehicle, every previous vehicle (over a period of 43 years) I’ve owned was a small, low options, affordable, fuel efficient 4 cylinder Ford.
Since they stopped making anything like that to focus on F150s and bigger, I now own a Corolla.
your local library
That’s where I did my printing for about a year before I bought my own printer.
They only charged for the gram weight of the filament used.
Except they’re digging the turnips out of someone else’s garden.

But it’s playing randomly out of tune, and with a rhythm that would break your legs if you tried to dance to it.
If a company cannot do business without breaking the law
…then it doesn’t deserve to be in business.
A lot of his problems are also from the lack of available parts.
Which is why he has multiples of some of the orphaned cars in his fleet.
I’d go with the reddish-brown of the original leather-ish material.
