Would that be worse than the crackhead who lived there before them?

There’s even a few that thrive in it.
I rather suspect she is one of those types who shines in the chaos. I think her stress comes more from co-workers than the situation.

Through the tracheotomy hole of course.

Yes it is!

10mm wrenches. Saw a deal online years ago for 20 wrenches for like 20 bucks. I was still doing field work at the the time so 10 and 11 mm were common purchases for me. They didn’t break, so there was no need for an expensive warranty. They just got misplaced, usually by a trainee who didnt have their own tools.
It was frustrating because buy even one cheap wrench was $10, but a kit of 8 or 10 wrenches could be bought on sale for $20. I have a few of those kits too, and a few socket kits. I have yet to use most of the pieces in 20 years. I mostlt just needed the 10, 11, and 13mm.
A 20 pack of 10mm for cheap? I couldn’t pass that up. Then I stopped working field. Now I have a shed full of tools that I might never use again. Nothing wrong with them except some old batteries maybe. I refuse to get rid of them in case I have to back to field work. But it makes me look like a hoarder.

Boring perhaps, but just get up and leave.

Companies dont really need to know where you are. They just need to know where you aren’t. If you are not within a certain threshold of response time to certain cdn servers, then its reasonable to assume that you are outside their contractually obligated broadcast region.

This would just end up being Facebook in the long run.

I have to take a first aid course every two years for work. The more I take it, the more determined I am to NEVER use any of it.
The course has gone from “Here’s a few things you can do to help someone who is injured or choking” to “Here’s how to fuck up your life and make what’s left of theirs even worse”.
The first aid course has pretty much scared me off of ever trying to help somebody beyond calling for help.

Superman probably pays more in taxes than Batman.
These days I only go on facebook for marketplace and a few community groups.
but they have to prove their need
No. They should have to prove their competency. Need is too easy to dispute. We dont get to dictate why someone needs a gun any more than why they need a car. If they want one, have the means, and demonstrate compliance with safety guidelines, then they shouldn’t be denied. Canada handles this fairly well.
School shootings demonstrate why some people should absolutely be denied access to guns.
The current US political situation demonstrates why more people should arm themselves.

Freeze it. Toast as needed.
How different is it from WTYP?
Starch. This limits what I can eat. Unfortunately I didn’t know this growing up, so I ate a pretty carb heavy diet which caused health issues which caused me to be grouchy a lot. Took until I nearly 40 to figure out that I wasn’t just an unstable asshole.
If you use Windows, I highly recommend trying Mobaxterm.

Ungoogled Chromium exists. I wonder if it’d possible to do a version of Chomium that has the benefits of Edge without the downsides.
I realize MS would still be tracking, but it’d be all work stuff, so I’m less concerned about it.
