Damn OpenAI.
Damn OpenAI.
Alternatively measures could be put in place to eliminate certain edge cases. You can see similar concepts in places with separate infrastructure for things like busses or HOV lanes. Places you could still ostensibly allow “regular” vehicles to travel but limit/eliminate pedestrians or merging.
What kind of anti-bear bullshit propaganda have I been being told all my life? I’ve always said if they aren’t friends, why are they friend shaped? I’m petting the next bear I see.
Release it as an option with the necessary hardware.
Start with a comically low sub price and seemingly great features.
Hook the user base.
Phase out all non-sub options.
Compete enshittification.
Jack up price.
CEO bails under a golden parachute.
I remember being on a big call. The VP of manufacturing asked if anyone thought there were any issues or obstacles with the plan going forward. I had major reservations but kept silent because fuck all that noise. I’m not gonna be the one to speak up on a call like that. Amazingly, a breath of fresh air spoke up and said as much. That no one would speak up in a meeting like that with all those people on the line. So the VP revised his open question and said if we wanted to email him our concerns we could do that. I did just that. Still not a damn thing happened and they still went forward with their shitty decisions and I left not too long after. But for a brief shining moment, I spoke up. I was ignored. But I spoke up.
Rate of growth can vary. Preferred length can vary.
Now if only there was a way to make it quit nagging me to turn on location every time I try to use maps. I fucking know location is off you stupid fucking “smart” phone.
Gary bar. We’re not gay.
Edit: Well fuck me in the ass. I’m leaving it as is.
Was it a niche company/product?
Back in my day the mice had a tail, no scroll wheel, and only 2 buttons!
Ford did this. On multiple years of some vehicles the fuel injector can crack and leak fuel onto the engine and lead to a fire. Their fix is to put in a fucking drain tube to drain the fuel away if that happens rather than replace the faulty part. I’m wondering if there are any legal options to make them just replace the part rather than their half-ass non-fix.
Friendly reminder Bloons TD 6 is free for Netflix customers. Unsure if that’s all counties or restricted or tier restricted. It’s been pretty fun, but the best aspect is offline play.

Gameplay related things on each game is an engine issue. The fixes have already been completed in unofficial patches. It would be pretty much a copy/paste fix in the engine. They have just opted not to.
You can think the creation engine is great, but there are simple issues that should have been fixed decades ago they’ve completely ignored. At this point it should be considered an insult to the player base that there needs to be the “unofficial patch” for all games. It would take more time and effort arguing against fixing them, than actually fixing them.
I don’t know why my first thought from this was Ruth Gator Binsburg. Now I just want something like a shitty_watercolor of that.
Where do you live that public transit is a viable option?
There’s also N-1 streamers.
Sounds like a problem for the next CEO. I got quarterly metrics to meet. When shit hits the fan cause all the talent left I’ll just eject with my golden parachute.
I see what they’re doing. You know how in the real world the billionaires make the rules and can flex their power? So can bigger youtube stars. This can lead to youtube losing out a bit in negotiations just like the government will sometimes fuck its people over because some rich twat gets a bug up their ass and tosses some cash around. But what if those bigger youtube stars had less share of the market? Hype likely won’t cost youtube itself viewers, but it could shift viewers around redistributing them to less known channels. Now the bigger stars are a little less big and bring a little less to the negotiating table.
