we got a little silly. fortunately everything has pretty much been resolved. atp the activity is about 40% here, 30% 196 on blahaj and 30% onehundredninteysix on blahaj

this is an old profile picture that I’ve kept because lemmy.world keeps giving me a json error whenever I try to change it. also, the caption that is cut out in my profile picture is “white people when there’s cheese at the function” neither of these are relevant to what you just said but I’m glad you know now what you did not before

we use proton mostly because it’s the easiest to share an account overseas for free with. we didn’t really need anything fancy

while I do agree that it reduces instance diversity, due to the size of our community, many small instances were apprehensive about taking our community on. it is unfortunate that Lemmy.world is so centralized, but when it comes to a community of our size it is to our benefit

it was well moderated there because of my excellent mod team, all of whom have migrated as well. we are going to continue to moderate on this instance exactly the same as we did on blahaj.zone.

I didn’t hold a poll, because unlike other changes we’ve made to this community this does not affect our policy nor ethos. while the community is now being hosted on a different instance, we are running it exactly the same as we did on blahaj.zone.

I live in the area and the streets are just clogged with these fucking autonomous cars. Traffic is slower, people end up having to swerve, it’s just a constant persistent headache. If I had it my way, they’d all be off the streets and into the crusher
