I honestly really don’t get it. My first thought at normal SUVs is already “wow, that is so ugly, why would anyone buy that?” and the cybertruck is to SUVs like those are to regular cars.

Presumably to neutralize acid.
I was mostly referring to the design mostly consisting of flat metal plates, something that hasn’t been common in cars or even very sturdy, long-lived work vehicles, pretty much ever since the WW2 era of vehicle design (e.g. 1948 Unimog https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unimog )
The old design looks like it was cobbled together by Elon Musk in his garage.
At some point, the older kids are providing child care for the younger ones.
Which is called parentification and usually seen as a form of child abuse.
I mean to be fair 99% of those rings look ugly.
So you are saying they are see bananas?
The hated minority being inferior but also immensely powerful is a pretty standard feature of anti-minority world views of all kinds. It is pretty much required to justify the extreme actions they want to take against the minority.
Those are not VPS specs, that is more the kind where you would get a dedicated hardware server at a hoster. Hosting your own becomes much more viable the larger your operation becomes.
IPv6 binds on wildcard addresses include binding to the IPv4 addresses.
What does ss -tlnp
return? Does the process listen on any ports?
That should only affect ports below 1024.
Your two bind addresses might be in conflict with each other since [::]:5234
includes binding to the first one.
Which is why I said “on price”. Obviously that is only one of the factors but don’t kid yourself into thinking that your local server will ever be cheaper. It might have many other advantages but price just won’t be one of them.
Electricity isn’t free and nor is your time, you are never going to beat commercial VPS hosters on price.
A lot of software writes to log files or temporary files or lock files or database transaction logs as part of its normal function and when those writes fail due to a full disk the software doesn’t work anymore.
Python packaging and stability is a total mess. It has gotten to the point where I just look for alternative tools when I find out something new I found is written in Python.
It is not that the regular frontend doesn’t work and alternative frontends do, it is that half of the stuff on their server (including image uploads and the frontend) don’t work because the admin has no time to deal with it. The problem isn’t the software used but the lack of maintenance.
Even humans couldn’t do that. How would AI know that that API documentation for the standard library I am looking at is something I am looking at because I need it for code in a specific project. That information just isn’t there unless you can also read my mind at the time.
Well, if I am not on the team and you’re not on the team clearly the team is just made to give work to literally anyone else which seems to check out from practical experience with teams.
