  • Hard disagree it’s very much you white fuckers (said with love because I’m white) need to embrace the social experience of a movie.

    Horror is peak in theaters.

Drag me to hell was the best experience I ever had. Everyone was talking and yelling in the theater. It was rowdy. I was drunk with my friends. It was an 11/10 experience.

Second was Smile post pandemic the theater was packed it was loud and boisterous.

Serious white people get the stick out your ass and enjoy life

  • Oh God I know this will go over many people’s heads but I was listening to a podcast where they where talking about the renewal of CUSMA (or USMCA for you Americans) and a senator said “I’m half inclined to think Donald Trump is ready to make a decision” to which Rob Russo, a journalist, rightly pointed out that was not clarity it is infact the absence of clarity. He then said, and this is why I laugh and the yes/no comment is so true.

“If I told my wife ‘Im half inclined to take the garbage out today’ she would not say that is a clear answer as to if I was going to do it”

Political and Business language needs to fuck off.

I mean I’m stirring shit because the former is actually useful but java and JavaScript are both shit so they’re not wrong.

My main job is supporting ServiceNow. I understand JavaScript now far more than I should. It’s a garbage “language”.

Shit like this is what makes me question if this is our first run around or if we are looping a creation/destruction loop.

    Ancient astronauts.

    Younger dryas.

    Unified flood myths.

Objects out of place in the larger historical context.

No historical records past cave paintings.

I’m just a bit of a nutter on this. Maybe alchemy was us trying to re-enact what our more advanced ancestors could do before something reset us. Maybe we were so advanced everything was digital and that’s why there’s no records. Books break down. Digital media breaks down. Know what doesn’t? Stone. But you can only do so much to tell people thousands of years from now. So you do what you can do. Oral storytelling, but then languages get lost and evolve but things persist.

It’s a great concept for fantasy or sci Fi.

    Anyways I digress.
