Like instead of the checkerboard, could i have cats or that Jazz pattern from the cups of the 90s? Its so annoying getting these fake ones, there has to be a fix.

Click and drag the image. If the background goes with it, it isn’t transparent.
Or hold it up to the light. If you can see light through it, it’s transparent.
You only need to do that if you are using an eink screen.
