From the very very little digging I did, track_15.ogg is Spokoynaya noch by the band Кино (Kino). Some of the other tracks here might also be from Кино. Anyone able to ID the rest?
No luck. These are way too old and niche to be indexed even by the bigger song identifiers
those services are often biased towards modern pop songs, even trying to identify some classical classics will fail
