LMAO! Coward little admin banned me from communities I’ve never even posted in, because I called his shit out when he tried to poke his fart-sniffer into a comment thread- now get this…. in a community on an instance he doesn’t even have authority over.
Additionally…. I don’t even see shit from .ml because I have that entire instance blocked. lol!

What a fucking joke! I’d say a bullet was dodged, but I’d never even have known it was fired to begin with had I not checked the mod log.
Words cannot express how embarrassing it must to be to walk around as this mouth-breather.

I notice you’re on world, and I want to mention that World explicitly does support the Lemmy.ML admins including financially.
When I complained about the recent banner on World which is asking for donations which go directly to ML and pay the salaries the known pro-war, pro-genocide, and Transphobic Dessalines and Nutomic, the Lemmy.World Support moderator had this to say:
-Serinus, click here for link
The fediverse does not need Lemmy, including Lemmy.ML, Hexbear, and Lemmy.World, those instances are a sickness that the fediverse will survive.
Spread the word and consider moving over to a PieFed instance.
The banner went up on all Lemmy instances. Not just world.
And it went up last year, too, but when I asked them what they were doing to prevent or remove it, if it just somehow flew under their radar, the World team responded by thanking those horrible people for creating a solution to our problem.
And I was right there with you criticizing it as well. Maybe I missed it. But I didn’t see any announcement from them about it this year or any show of support. Just an automated software trigger for the banner on all Lemmy instances.
You did, actually. I quoted it in the comment you replied to, and I included a link to it. You saw it.
No, I legitimately hadn’t. And upon going back and looking, it’s not what you claim it to be. But you are more than welcome to continue pyrrhicly downvoting. I’m sure that will convince someone you’re right.
I’m seriously thinking about it. Do you know if the Voyager app allows piefied?
I’m on voyager.
It’s not perfect yet the modlogs don’t show up.
I got signed into the same one you use. However this sub shows completely empty when I use it. No posts.
That’s odd.
I can’t login to my new account. Says connection error in voyager.
I’m using voyager rn on my piefed.zip account
I swing between the piefed website and voyager a lot and a while ago when lemm.ee shut down there would be these periods where I couldn’t connect in voyager, but just fine in the website
I haven’t gotten it to do that recently but yeah it’s been an issue when .ee shut down but gotten better since
Which piefed server are you using?
Okay, so… weird.
I cannot see any posts in this community, but I searched my other account and found the comments I made there and then was able to see this one post.
I’m on piefed.world but maybe you’re the first person to visit this community from Piefed.social?
Allrighty! Got it. Thanks!
Any better?
All right, I’ll try making an account there. I’d rather things just work. 😀
Feddit.online
And you created the account in a browser then used the credentials to sign in in voyager?
Yeah. It won’t let me.
I’m using piefed on Voyager right this second.
Just signed up!
Also, I only see your comment in my inbox. It does not show up in the thread.
There could be some federation issues between lemmy and piefed. Thanks for letting me know I might have been hidden away from other comment sections then
I think it is just that instance. This one seems fine.
Welcome to piefed then!
Feels good to be where the shitheels aren’t supported to keep on…. shitheeling?
Yeah it does. I delayed switching for way too long.
No issues. I’m still waiting. The confirmation email. It’s not coming through so I can’t create an account.
They’re not sending the confirm email for account creation.
I signed up to my instance on my browser then I logged in via Voyager. At least that’s how it worked for me.
Yeah. Your comments don’t show up in the thread. Only inbox.
To be clear the solution I was referring to was Piefed.
Tell them you drive a VW but don’t support Hitler.
What is the difference with PieFed and how is the app ecosystem?
Piefed has a lot of nice features for both casual users (e.g. multi-community comments, threadiverse link redirection, better mute/blocking tools) and regular posters/mods (scheduled posts, flairs, tags).
I use a mix of their mobile WebUI (which is generally good, but does need some polish if you post a lot) and Voyager. Mainline features work well on Voyager, but they haven’t implemented many Piefed specific features.
Even when I’m on the phone I always use the browser so idk about the apps, the Piefed API is 95% similar to Lemmy.
Piefed is written in Flask which is similar to Django that I think but I’m not certain Lemmy is built on. The practical difference is the Piefed developers aren’t the Lemmy developers, so you can use Piefed without inadvertently supporting horrible people.
Lemmy is written in Rust.
