That’s exactly it. I disagree with a lot of people in this community. I also disagree with a lot of people on lemmy.ml and the like. The difference is that here at least I can disagree without immediately being banned. It’s great that the fediverse allows diversity of thought between different instances, but internally each instance is structured as its own little fiefdom, and lemmy.ml has some questionable leadership.
