Original Pokémon was a mess.

Haunter/Gengar are always in my final party! Who wouldn’t want that?
Probably Gen 1 trainers, back when a bug made them unable to even hit the psychic types they were meant to counter; psychic types which they were also weak to due to their poison subtype.
