        I mean, they’re talking about it sticking to surfaces. The snow and ice on the roads and sidewalks melts easier than the yard or on trees where once it gets kind of wet it tends to fall out.

        So it’s unusual for it to be that near the freezing temp and not be affected some, but it’s not because of some gubbermental chemical conspiracy shit.
