3 panel comic. In the first panel, text on a blank background: “Guys, ass or boobs?”. In the second panel, two unphased-looking men answer, one with his arm over the other’s elbow: “Guys”, “Ass”. A voice coming from offscreen says “Personality!”. In the third panel, the men look at the woman who said this, who we can see. She looks at them with a U-shaped smile. She is wearing a cap with “I ❤️ BOOBS” and a shirt with “#1 BOOB ❤️”

no, it’'s phrased as the question “ass or boobs” being asked to to “guys”
I thought so at first too, but then realised that “ass or boobs” being both predominantly female traits, excludes people who prefer guys, so it might genuinely be just a more inclusive form of the classic question
no, if this is what is meant then there is a grammatical error: “guys, tits, or ass?” would mean that, but “guys, tits or ass?” grammatically would mean, as i said, the question “ass or boobs” being asked to to “guys”.
