Yeah, I agree, though my problems usually come from the comics just not being funny and/or not making sense. Like this one, the bowl of food undercuts the whole joke. Is it her food that she’s ruining to give the other girl? If so, why would she give her own lunch away, regardless of the keyboard debris? If not, where did it come from? It would make more sense if she said, “yeah I always keep some snacks nearby, hold out your hands,” and then the last panel was her dumping the stuff into the other girl’s open palms. It’s nitpicky, but they’re all like that with the punchline either in the wrong place, forced into it without proper setup, or completely non-existent. This applies to the majority of comics I see posted here unfortunately.

The point of the bowl is that she’s got enough keyboard gunk to fill a bowl. There’s no bowl of food. It’s just a lot of keyboard gunk.
Ah that makes sense. See, an empty bowl in the first panel would have made that much clearer. It’s the little things.
Why would she have got her keyboard gunk bowl out her desk drawer before she was about to extract a serving of keyboard gunk?
For the sake of making a decent comic, but I guess that’s too much to ask 🙄
