Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga (the last one that came out in like 22-23) has some good funny bits. The characters are voiced (with an option to go back to the classic “non-talking” characters) and when you’re in free play, sometimes the two playable characters will acknowledge each other.

Like say you have Episode 3 Anakin, and you change the other character to Palpatine; Palpatine might ask him if he’s heard the tragedy of Darth Plagueis, and Anakin (or even Darth Vader) will exasperatedly say "yes, you’ve told me many times!" And there’s a bunch of others. Like Jar Jar getting memed on constantly throughout the main story.
