i do, but i generally wait months, if not longer, or year before reviewing. only when i have to return the product or its so bad i give a quick negative review.

i give review on the cc and university i went to on Yelp, and medical facility too. for medical i give a more indepth review, and others do it too, so its best to look other peoples experience before paying for the medical locations services.
