I like my original steam controller but that is a lot. I need some more cheap controllers tbh for co-op games like overcooked. Also need more good local co-op games because it isn’t something I have really bought much of before as I always play on my own or online. But if my partner has friends over we only have my PC.
they have gotten too big and aren’t as good. I have the pro 3 and it comes with alternate face buttons which all shattered, and the squish to click toggle on the triggers pops open during use which made me fail the one attempt that was going good at the final ghost boss in GoW:R. Also had the pre hall effect model of the xbox layout controller and the under paddles shattered just being used as jump and interact.
The older snes/sfc style controllers still tank hits like nothing else and will probably outlive me.

8bitdo lite 2 was my solution for a 4th co op controller.
However it looks like it’s 40% more expensive than when I bought it in 24… maybe scratch that advice.

I have two of these and they’re pretty nice. The battery isn’t great and that’s the worst thing about them.
