      non-representational memetics. using the atomic parts of memetic communication and using them in such a way as to leave behind the impression of a joke, but without anything intentionally funny being apparent.

      Yeah that’s the internet now. No one understands the value of “funny because unexpected” and they all think posting literal nonsense that means nothing will farm likes.

          real ones remember when 196 was full of completely random graphics and screenshots of that day’s biology homework

          but now you post one (1) abstract meme and suddenly it’s “upvote farming” 🙄🙄🙄 how quickly history becomes but noise
