Yeah I don’t think you can Follow people on the web interface of Lemmy, maybe on other interfaces. I think it’s more a matter of: is the Instance following the pixelfed/mastodon account. If so, then future posts will show up.
Ok the cool thing is you can post to lemmy from pixelfed the same way you do from mastodon by tagging the community and instance @community@instance.domain
