One can buy a little kit to start one’s own small cricket farm to avoid having to pay 15¢ each. I’ve not done it, but it’s apparently common in the reptile/amphibian pet community.
Looks like it refers to cockroach breading / holding bins, for feeding pet lizards. Or possibly the trash can of a very avid cannabis smoker.
