I saw a video on reaching 1M Sci/min from scratch and about how long it takes, and the dude immediately goes to that planet to build his megabase on.
I’d be more impressed if they were actually making 1M science packs per minute. With the research multiplier all you have to do is make enough to complete the game in a reasonable time then just crank up that multiplier.
After living in the famine that is the usual existence in factorio, getting materials for basically free is such a rush
and here’s my dumbass who started with Gleba and Fulgora and got tired of the game just before getting to do anything on Vulcanus
I haven’t even ever gotten off the OG planet… 😭
Same story here. My first Space Age run went to Gelba, I didn’t like it very much and lost interest probably half way through. Glad I asked for recommendations this run. Volcanus is actually an interesting start with a big payoff.
