and that right there is the problem. Lemmy is back to Reddit’s power-mod problem.
When faced with a series of unfortunate events, I make a series of poor choices.

it’s probably best not to force it. Early in the Reddit migration, frequent posting kept people coming back, but you don’t want to turn it into “your” communities. Shifting to quality over quantity is never a bad move either :)
not just a bad troll, but has some messed up takes on the world.
For example, he’s against OHS. Good on Lemmy for knocking that Idiocy down to -185 or more, but still. No.
he also has a habit of replying to people without fully reading what they’ve written, creating long chains where he blames everyone else for his failings. it’s ugly.
but not in a good way.
so, we pay more (fastpass or whatever it is) for the privilege. 😅
For months, I kept saying "I’ll only do that until my subscribe list gets good/busy enough”. It’s been months, and still isn’t good enough.
those are some nice sticks.
dude, I’m literally begging you to understand nothing I’ve said is “my idea”, but how things actually are outside of your house.
that makes it worse.
A European who acts like they’ve never left the usa.
exactly where they should be.
and you’ve never left the usa.
fun fact, pluto and charon are technically a binary planet(oid), because the point they orbit is in-between them. (Charon doesn’t orbit Pluto, they both circle empty space)
There are more cashless options than using banks.
In some countries you can use phones (and phone credit, more or less) as your payment option. Doesn’t even have to be a smart phone, though that makes it easier.
Beggers on the street with QR codes printed out. Or their phone number on cardboard.
And in other countries, you can use the local equivalent of the Uber app instead of a bank account.
Cashless is good. Safer for the homeless (harder to rob) and still easy to give money to them.
that’s what I don’t get. OP posts how they specifically aren’t the same and then goes on like he didn’t just write that.
heh, case in point.
