I just figured out what these remind me of! They remind me of the Cracked.com photoshop battles and caption contests back when Cracked was good. You’re keeping the spirit of good Cracked alive with these.

Both things can be true at once. Current events have me feeling more like the guy facing the mountain rather than the guy facing the valley. “Be the change you want to see in the world” is all fine and dandy but it honestly feels like trying to run against the wind in a hurricane. It’s hard to argue with the results of being a greedy narcissistic sociopath when the world is literally run by them.
I gotta say, I much prefer your titles to the originals.
I watched it last night. I’m still trying to get my head around positive pressure vacuum.
Kinda looks like this Elden Ring boss.
Abby Normal?
You can’t have deoxyribonucleic acid without dihydrogen monoxide. 100% of people who have ever come in contact with it have died!
If they’re so smart, why haven’t they invented fire yet hmm?
The overarching answer is “people are different”. But I suspect you want a more granular answer than that.
Depending on various factors like age, sex, hydration status, disease process, etc., some people’s skin is more elastic than others. People also have different pain tolerances. If you mix and match all of these factors, you’ll get people reacting differently to the same stimuli.
People vary in height throughout the day due to spine compression. You are at the tallest in the morning before your spine has had time to compress. Adults get shorter as they age largely due to the same phenomenon taking place over many years.
But I think that says “average human” and not “average height”.

If this came from a coworker: 😀
If this came from management: 😡
Edgy humor is fun and all, but this I feel is in poor taste.
This is the sole reason I want contacts.
He did the radio station before the game.
“Courage means being scared but doing it anyway” seems like a pretty succinct way of putting it I think.
My wierd compliment (if it can be called that) was when I was in high school English class. My teacher noticed how competent I was and how I was the only one to consistently raise my hand when he asked a question. He gave us a research paper to do and I got an F on it, exclusively because I fucked up the citations. He said the content was good, but he had to mark me way down due to improper citing. He said “I know you can do better than this.”
Is that a complement? Either way, I think about that interaction and scenario a lot even though I haven’t been in high school for well over a decade.
Anybody know what hydrogen and helium say?
What do all of these trees have in common to collectively be called “yew”?
From what I understand, back on Reddit it was a subreddit that had only 1 rule: If you found your way to that subreddit somehow, you had to post something before you left. A lot of people titled their post “rule” or included the word “rule” for that reason.
As for why 196, i believe that was the dorm room number of the founder of that subreddit. I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong.
